Get quick access to parcel tracking while you're on the go. Send a parcel, find a NZ Post location nearby, and check an address, all on the app.  

Features:

• We'll automatically add your parcels to the app. Sign in using your existing My NZ Post account and we'll start linking your parcels to your account!
• Access our online sending tool within our mobile app. Find a price, pay for parcel sending and get your sending label emailed to you.
• Quickly add delivery instructions with our improved form
• Add Leave my parcel instructions for your signature required parcel if you aren't home 
• Pay for Saturday (and evening) delivery within the app 
• Missed your delivery? Arrange redelivery within the app. There's no need to visit another tool. 
• Redirect your parcel to a Collect my parcel location with user-friendly location selection, maps and opening hours 
• Need to look up an address or postcode while you’re on the move? You can do that within the mobile app.

I use the app to track items I have purchased online. I logged in with the account I had previously made on the NZ Post web site. I have had no issues with it whatsoever. 

I was weary about downloading the app based on the negative reviews. However, those reviews must refer to an older version.

Useless. Waiting 3 days longer than stated when ordered. Today when it was supposed to be delivered I waited at home all morning only to get a notification saying the courier had already been. No sign of them, no knock, nothing. Use. Less.

They can’t even link their own emails to the app 😂 they send me a tracking number via email… I can’t copy it, I have to write the whole number into the app, then it might track if lucky. It also won’t support most other post companies. Thus if purchasing products out of New Zealand you cannot track. Considering NZ is a rip off and prices are inflated 500-5000% most of the products we purchase are from other countries. Thus the app is worthless.

I get the feeling NZ post paid to have an app built and released - which looked shiny and new - but had no intention or resource to maintain long term.

The parcel tracking feature - which you’d expect to be a core functionality - just doesn’t work. Have revisited this app every few months and have the same results.

This app is great when you are logged in and can track parcels/edit delivery details. However, it CONSTANTLY signs you out. It used to sign me out if I didn’t use it for a long time, which made sense, but now I’ll log in one day and be asked to log in again the next. I may as well just use the normal website. Apps are meant to be convenient.

No tracking updates, not accountability, no way to find out here items have gone or where they are at.
Item collected from Australia a week ago, no updates. Then NZPost just reissue the pickle update and still no updates or tracking.

Worked for a bit but it signed me out, and whenever I try to sign in again, the webpage it tries to open crashes and doesn’t load. No matter how many times I try, or refresh it, or even uninstall and reinstall, it won’t load the login webpage that it tries to open and so I can’t log in and so can’t use the app at all. Frustrating since the website now also automatically tries to open the app when I try to use it there too.

Very hard to use. I ordered a garment rack through the warehouse.NZpost shipped it to me three times. The first time was on July 2nd. The express delivery was not shipped to me, and finally returned to the warehouse. The second time was on July 10th, and it hasn't arrived yet. I suspect it's lost. The third time I was told that it could not be transported, so let me contact them. But I can't submit the consultation form at all.
