This adds nothing that you don’t get from the Ticketmaster app. More pointless apps they try to get you to download claiming that the o2 app is your ticket.

O2 venues require visitors to download this app to display the very same ticket that already exists in the Ticketmaster app.
So it appears to me that some dipsticks don’t know that you can decline o2 and partners requests to your information and cookies. Simply say do not allow. To all requests apart from the obviously needed ones. Then do not register with o2 but instead press do this later. Then go down to the tickets section and login with ticketmaster and look at that ! You have your tickets took me less than 2 minutes. Streamlined experience and looks to work perfectly.
Had no issues and was able to view and download my tickets straight to my Apple wallet! Signed into Ticketmaster instantly and my tickets were there :)
Utter rubbish
Absolutely useless, pointless and frustrating app. I have to have ticketmaster app and o2 app. Doesn't let me register, keeps crashing and I have to start process all over again. Absolute rubbish
We’ve just spent a good hour trying to share out 6 tickets for the same gig. This appears to just be a shameless data grab but doesn’t even do that very well. Multiple attempts to register, multiple one-time access codes, multiple ‘I am human’ checks all to be forwarded to Ticketmaster for yet more login attempts, password resets and email. End result: we all have a copy of a ticket that could have been presented at the door by the booker and O2 and Ticketmaster have all our information. Pathetic
Can’t access my tickets. I press sign in, it says “O2 would like to Ticketmaster to sign in”, I click continue….. blank screen. Now I can’t transfer a ticket to my friend. And yet you’re told you must each carry your own ticket, and this is the only way to transfer them??? Great. Why does everything have to have it’s own app these days?
I shouldn’t have to download an app just to go to a gig
Told by Ticketmaster to download to gain access to gig and won't even get half way to load , why can't I just use Ticketmaster! Rubbish
