The problem is sending money out with Zelle, something I do on a regular basis. I’m not joking when I say 85% of the time I try to use it, it says “unable to confirm try again later” it’s beyond frustrating. If it happens occasionally, fine, I get things aren’t perfect. But at this point I’m shocked when it actually works. It has been like this for a very long time and apparently no bug fixes. The app is good at checking your accounts but the bill pay functions are limited. You can do more on the web than in the ap. That alone is why I gave it two stars. The west suburban bank app was much better. Too bad that they did not check to see who had the better apps after the merger and not force us to use the worst of the two.
