The app has a lot to offer from workouts and recipes to tips/guides for mental performance (sleep, stress, building effective habits). It is easy to navigate and if something is not available, you get access to human performance experts to get what you need!
The workout plans are so good but the app takes forever to load and sometimes crashes.
The workouts are good and I’ve been to the in person seminar; it’s good stuff. That being said the app is absolutely subpar majority of the time. Unbelievable load times and will not let you do anything in a timely manner. Supposedly bugs are being fixed, I can tell you from a end user standpoint it might as well it hasn’t. It can be so amazing but it is so full of bugs it’s more of a pain than honestly its worth
App is almost unusably slow to load and respond.
I came to this app looking for a basic way to look into improving nutrition and potential workouts. I have been using the app for a few months now and I have been blown away with the effectiveness of the programs offered. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to improve health or just explore different ways to workout and eat.
This app has been a huge help in my preparation for the AFCT. It’s easy to navigate and has a multitude of programs to help me prepare for the test. The app has workout plans for all types of athletes whether it be beginners or more advanced athletes.
The O2X app has been massively helpful for me over the past year or so when it came time to prep for the ACFT. This is the first time I have ever had a comprehensive workout plan to follow when prepping for a PT test. Well worth the investment for any service member looking to have an edge in an upcoming PT test— I couldn’t believe the number of prep programs they had for the various service branches and specialty schools.
Let me be clear the programs are wonderful. The app needs a lot of fine tuning. Impossible to navigate and to pick up where you left off. Fix the app I’ll be back.
I just downloaded the app and was looking forward to using it. However I’m having the same loading issues. I can’t take an assessment, open teams, log a workout or get recommended a thrive plan because it just loads. Literally, put the phone down went and cooked breakfast and came back on the same loading screen. I will give it a day or two and will delete of the problem still occurs. I’ll update rating if it’s fixed
I was very excited to give this app a try after reading the reviews and checking it out, seems like an awesome tool to improve. But every time I click on any workouts, or anything really, it just gets stuck on the loading screen and nothing ever happens.
