Who are our therapists?
O7 Therapy has a wide network of therapists with diverse expertise and backgrounds. All Therapists in the network are licensed, trained, qualified, and accredited with Masters Degree or Doctorate Degree in their field.
How are therapists verified?
1. Therapists send us their resumes for initial review by our medical team.
2. Therapists get interviewed.
3. Therapists are asked to send all their certificates to be verified and reviewed by our medical team.
Is O7 Therapy secured?
Your privacy and confidentiality are our top priorities. O7 Therapy was designed with specialized infrastructure and advanced technology to protect your data and information. Read more details about our privacy and confidentiality standards below
1. You can choose to stay anonymous.
We will only ask you to add a nickname to be identified on our system, we will not ask you for your full name or contact information.
2. All data is Encrypted
End-to-End Chat Encryption allows for a secured communication where only the intended recipient can read the secured message.
3. Sessions are not recorded
Any video or audio communication with your therapist will not be recorded. Only text messages with your therapist are saved for your reference, in case you'd like to get back to them and you always have the option to delete specific or all messages saved.

Unreasonable prices
Prices make no sense.
Terrible experience
This App is a platform that provides doctors with a new revenue stream, with no commitment placed onto doctors towards there patients. The doctor would just take the session , no notes , no comments , no follow ups and when reported no reply whatsoever from the apps team.
Great app but with no audit
This app provide a great idea and I admit getting good value out of it However, from my experience, they don’t audit the service providers .. anyone with a degree can be a service provider without assessment. I met 4 Psychiatrists (so I consider my self someone with experience), 2 of them were great and 2 were not. So if someone is using this application, I recommend using it with referral to trusted Psychiatrist only

It's a great app, it works smoothly

It’s a great app, it works smoothly and easy. My only concern is the price; it’s a bit high for most of young population who desperately need psychological support
Life-changing experience
I have never been provided with such a carefully planned and highly customized treating and healing journey like this before. Anytime I tried therapy before O7 therapy, it was very vague, systematic and extremely unhelpful and impractical. With O7 Therapy I am actually seeing my life changing, I am changing, all to the better. I am accomplishing what I once thought was impossible to attain. Professional staff of doctors, very caring, welcoming, punctual, organized and well experienced. I highly recommend everyone to try this app out. It’s totally worth it, I promise.
Great experience since 2022
I have been using O7Therapy since early 2022 (2 years) which had a great impact on my development. Great therapist, ease of use application, and very smooth payment. Keep it up.
