Their website has a link to start the return process but it’s broken. Stay away from this company the clothes are shipped from China even though they claim to be a Canadian online retailer. -- Kazzy665, 2026-05-15 ### *---- "Horrible customer service" I ordered a swimsuit awhile back. It was back ordered. I checked the status of it several times and got no response or was told they would look into it, then nothing I checked in again after I said I would take a refund and was told I was out of luck. In the meantime I had ordered 2 blouses and have not received them I inquired and was very rudely told I would not be reimbursed. -- Hdon2190, 2026-02-18 ### *---- "Don’t do it!!" This business is a joke and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!! They do not respond to emails or texts! I ordered a $300 outfit for an event and the event is in 4 days and I still haven’t received it OR any response regarding the order!! I wish I could give them no stars for a review. Don’t waste your money!! -- TalCar79, 2025-09-09 ### *---- "Don’t Waste Your Money Here" I would not recommend buying anything from this shop. The customer service is garbage, and the clothes I’ve received are clearly from SHEIN or Temu. There is a reason that the brand names aren’t on the website. If you reverse search the pic of what you want to order, you’ll find everything for 1/3 the price, some of it through Walmart. I preordered an item that never came. I kept asking for a refund and all I got was snarky responses. Eventually I got a gift card in which I got complete junk from these mystery boxes. Stay away! Don’t waste your money. -- bobloblawslawsog, 2025-08-29 ### ***** "Great experience every time!!!" I have ordered from Oak & Pearl several times. Each item I have ordered has been of the utmost quality, and shipping went smooth! I love the styles they sell, and the variety of selection to choose from! -- Sunnie and Jaimie, 2024-10-20 [View all Oak&Pearl Clothing Co reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Oak&Pearl Clothing Co - [The Pink Porcupine](https://apptail.io/app/the-pink-porcupine-pzW/canada) - [Lavender & Lace Boutique](https://apptail.io/app/lavender-lace-boutique-rzW/canada) - [Pretty Little Pieces](https://apptail.io/app/pretty-little-pieces-szW/canada) - [OYE Boutique](https://apptail.io/app/oye-boutique-tzW/canada) - [The Sprouting Fawn](https://apptail.io/app/the-sprouting-fawn-uzW/canada) - [Grace and Lace](https://apptail.io/app/grace-and-lace-vAnb/canada) - [Smash + Tess](https://apptail.io/app/smash-tess-gDvb/canada) - [RUST & Co.](https://apptail.io/app/rust-co-hKXb/canada) - [Apache Shops](https://apptail.io/app/apache-shops-Enxn/canada) - [OluKai CA](https://apptail.io/app/olukai-ca-JOYt/canada) ## Oak&Pearl Clothing Co Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/canada) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/united-states) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/australia) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/belgium) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/brazil) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/czechia) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/egypt) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/finland) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/hong-kong) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/croatia) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/ireland) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/india) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/iceland) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/kazakhstan) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/luxembourg) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/north-macedonia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/mexico) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/norway) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/portugal) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/singapore) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/slovakia) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/ukraine) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/united-arab-emirates) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/vietnam) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/oakpearl-clothing-co-mzW/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
