As a long-standing customer of Community First Bank, I was a bit concerned with the transition, but I'm very happy with the process and the outcome!

Go to log in tells me to update try to update and it repeats the process.

They’ve really done a great job with their app! The only critique I would offer is, I think they should add the ability to change the color scheme because the green is not my favorite. Other than that, it’s simple to use and the dashboard tiles can be arranged in the order that makes sense to the user... 👍🏻

Out of all the finance management apps I’ve used over the years, this one is by far the best. Aesthetically it is pleasing, and the most user-friendly interface I have encountered to date. Accessing information is easy and the addition of the Face ID makes for swift adjustments or on the fly account management. Five stars Oakstar way to go.

I do not like the new format. It is hard to figure out. Sometimes it shows transfers more than once, when the transfer only happened once.

With the new app (and website) the users lost notification functionality that was present before. We can no longer see the company and type of transaction from transaction notifications via the app and SMS message. This functionality existed prior to the update. Now, we have to long in to the app every time we need to decipher a transaction notification which is very cumbersome and defeats the purpose. Please add this functionality back. Thank you.
