New look to the app but disappointed that there doesn’t seem to be a ‘saved’ to save the things you like And come back to them easily.

Difficult to pay

I had to re try Apple Pay numerous times before it would accept .

Not working

This app does not work on my iPhone 12. I’ve deleted it and re-installed it many times but it never works. A shame. I use the website instead.

Dishonest trading

The app tricks you into thinking there’s an extra 20% off with a coupon code. But when you finally get through check out it keeps saying that the coupon code cannot be added. This is really frustrating as I spent ages trying to make an order and then realising that I can’t have the discount.

Not intuitive navigation on the app

A bit clumsy design, not intuitive at all

First time using the oasis app mainly due to the additional 10% discount code offered to get on my purchase which did inspire me to download this app and I’m very impressed obviously by the extra discount but also the ease and just pleasurable usage of this app Very impressive

Why we can’t pay with debit card?

Free postage and returns

Paid for the free returns and postage package and the deal works out really well. Swift delivery and easy returns means I don’t worry about the usual hassle of online purchases that aren’t quite right. Most of the items are good quality and fit my size so I usually keep them.
