Une honte : ne croyez pas qu’après avoir acheté le dongle pour 68€ port inclus (le moins cher) vous pourrez obtenir des informations sur la batterie de propulsion de votre VE. Non : il faut encore souscrire le « Plan Pro » pour 5€ par mois AVEC UN MINIMUM d’UN AN (donc 60€ supplémentaires). Je vais renvoyer le dongle (à mes frais) et si j’ai de la chance je serai remboursé.

Je mets une étoile car vous n’avez toujours pas installé la langue française et ceci n’est pas normal pour un produit vendu et utilisé par des personnes connaissant uniquement la langue Française.
Insuffisant voire inutile
Il ne détecte même pas une alerte TPMS active sur ma VW (voyant pression des pneus ALLUMÉ sur le tableau de bord). Et par ailleurs le diagnostic est loin d’être complet. J’avais auparavant un diagnostic par câble et logiciel VCDS sous Windows qui était complet et bien plus efficace. Les programmations proposées pour ma voitures sont anecdotiques. En plusieurs langues mais pas en Français ! Pourquoi ? Je suis très déçu. J’ai payé 100€ pour la version PRO (spéciale VAG !) totalement inutile, qui m’invente en plus une anomalie sur ma prise auxiliaire (en fait le câble audio de mon téléphone était simplement branché…).
