En bra enhet, helt perfekt
För en bra penning, lätt att använda, suverän support. Jag hade förlorat min dongle och trodde även mitt pro lifetime men, skrev till supporten och de svarade enormt snabbt att man bara köper en ny dongle loggar på sitt account så är man igång igen. Enormt bra måste jag säga, big thanks Odb Eleven for the great support you are sharing and for this lovely program.
Not Working
Purchased OBDeleven with pro plan and 100credits. Attemptedto connect to car and it managed to connect but nothing works on app! Cant read dtc, cant read any ecu, no applications is supported which is weird. Performed all steps from troubleshooting and nothing works! So the device and app that I paid almost 200€ is useless! I would like to get refund for credits that I purchased and also to return device and get full refund for that as this is a joke! I tried to connect to multiple cars, skoda, audi, vw but no success!

Good and expensive
Wow, the credits have become expensive now! I get that you need to make money off of this, but this is a bit excessive. Will mostly use it in case of any error codes.
Moneygrab with zero backwards compability
Stay as far away from this app that you can. If you are not a subsciber you will have to pay for every change you want to apply. And you also need to have a fairly modern device for the app to work, after update my older device were not accepted and I wasn't able to use the old one niether. In the older version of the app you were able to get credits for applying changes, that is no longer an option. I bought this two years ago and it would have been less expensive to go to a workshop and have them do troubleshooting and faulterasing. Save yourself the agony and frustration and stay away!
Slow and buggy
Tells me to check ignition or that there’s a problem with the SFD. Enyaq 80x -23, 3.1
Can’t make changes
Have a Skoda Enyaq. Cant change settings in line assist from on to memory. Its tells me to check the ignition and try again. I paid for 10 changes.
