Bad app, avoid
Better options out there that are more compatible and have fast support. Avoid it and use a different one.
Doesn’t work since last update.
Recently updated after not using fir a while but now keeps pointing me to another app which also doesn’t work. Will not read modules anymore.
Extremely useful but not cheap
Really handy little scanner to have and use within minutes. Apps are great at adding missing features from factory or to personalise to your taste.
Absolute rubbish.
Slow and now won’t allow me to use it without two stage verification. I only want to read the codes!! It’s so slow to connect. Slow to read then loses the connection. Save your money. Better ones out there.

Updated the app and it’s forgotten my login in. Can’t reset password - no email comes through. Support bot is rubbish. Had to buy again. Bloody expensive at £70

Vw adaption
Hi purchased the pro package after watching some videos on YT . But very disappointed I realised that those videos are all paid for advertisement. This is only as good as the free app car sanner It won’t give me throttle adaptions, ACC recalibration etc
Shocking support, scanner doesn’t even work on
I bought this scanner to simply read the fault codes on my car. The website confirmed this would be possible. When I plugged it in, it failed to read any codes on two cars. I tried to contact their support but they will only work on their web chat and take so long to reply that the chat disappears. When I tried to return the item I was told that despite the reader not doing what was advertised I still needed to pay the postage both ways.
