It hinders studying more than helps and many of the answers (choose as many choices that apply) are confusing and often focus on minutiae that isn’t high yield. You would be much better off using that time studying with other sources. It is also a high cost for an app that is minimally useful at best. If I had the option to try the app for a day before purchasing I would not have purchased it. Would recommend at least a day trial of the full app to get a real idea of what it can offer, or a monthly subscription of $5/month. Most people studying for obesity boards only study for 1-3 months before the test, so very few people will want to purchase a full year access. Would have signed up if there was a monthly option.
