Examples: scientific analysis of human or animal behaviour, analysing and assessing television reports or programmes, monitoring progress in sport activity, … every videotaped events, that should be converted into data for documentation and for further processing like statistics. • Coding is done by means of code-systems the user tailors to match exactly the needs of his investigation. Setup of a code-system in a couple of minutes. • Intuitive layouts. Additional 'in-window' infos making superfluous accessing the software's manual most of the time. • Integrated demo video that comes pre-coded and may be used to test the software's processing feature. The demo video may be used also to exercise coding and to test user's self-made coding-system or the Observing-v's proposed coding-system. • Key features: > Terms to describe observations can be generated ad libitum > Each term is laid down in a central depository called the Catalogue > Terms can be edited, deleted and classified at any time > Terms can be classified deliberately into a Code-System > A general content-free Code-System is provided > A Lexicon is available to exemplify and define Catalogue terms > Camouflage of data to protect privacy > A particular Template is used to characterise an Observation Task > The number of Templates is unlimited > Easy setup of a Template in a couple of minutes > Templates can be copied and edited > An observation Session, i.e. observing and coding, is started by calling a Template > Catalogue, Lexicon and Templates are covered in a Project > A Project may contain more than one template (observation task) > Number of Projects a user can set up is unlimited > Projects are saved and accessed discretely > User's access to his projects is protected by user name und user password > Number of users is unlimited - no additional fees > Coding of observations with one mouse click > Coding may be stopped and resumed at any time > Local date and real time tagging of data > Computation and graphics of descriptive statistics > Filtering of data > Data export ## Observing-V Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/3d/e2/a8/3de2a8ee-0750-9583-1d39-4ce0dfc9fc89/76e4dea0-b511-4e3a-b101-7e54273400b9_Screenshot_2021-05-31_at_14.27.06.png/1280x800.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/9b/28/88/9b288814-2cad-a30a-ac57-fc3b72f575d2/f750bd87-abcf-440b-85c8-82aea9715597_Screenshot_2021-05-31_at_14.29.50.png/1280x800.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/52/d4/de/52d4de04-be1d-74bc-bdb9-0f53c02cdb3e/pr_source.png/1280x800.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/67/58/24/67582435-7f73-9969-a863-ab47b0605dc8/pr_source.png/1280x800.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple115/v4/97/d7/63/97d763cc-4373-b437-032f-2fd03b8b1630/pr_source.png/1280x800.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple115/v4/95/fc/5e/95fc5ed7-3418-8d2e-2bbe-630c5f9c8494/pr_source.png/1280x800.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/a9/08/48/a908481e-d830-3970-f5ca-61c98f476275/pr_source.png/1280x800.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple115/v4/1a/9a/0e/1a9a0ebe-c13b-a0b0-0b92-3803e9eedd3e/pr_source.png/1280x800.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/1a/58/3d/1a583db6-a037-6074-82bf-86e6a660c05a/pr_source.png/1280x800.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/22/8a/d0/228ad01c-7196-622c-1bb6-0dc7a370f42d/pr_source.png/1280x800.png) ## Observing-V Available In - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/observing-v-yXko/switzerland) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/observing-v-yXko/germany) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
