I bought a new scooter and try creating account in this app and it showing connection failed

The sign up page keeps saying “account not recognised” Yeah I know… that’s why I’m trying to create one. No help available
Useless
From the moment I downloaded this app, over a month ago, right up to today it always says “connection failed” it’s impossible to register on this app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but to zero affect. Total waste of time..
