Can’t checkout
Cannot checkout on the App anymore, phoned up they could not see anything wrong and they booked my slot. Since then I tried and I’ve had to go to the web site book a slot and then I can use the app to amend my order..very annoying!

Change of address
Moved house in September will not let me delete my old address!! This is an issue ongoing issue!
What is the point ?
What is the point in leaving developer feedback, when all the developer does is to simply say, sorry, please contact Ocado !!!! None of the feedback concerns are being addressed or questions responded to So…….. What is the point ? Can’t wait for the response to this !!!!!!!!! And who on earth indexes the products ? Searching for anything on Ocado is a lucky dip, with many products never even surfacing Let customers suggest keywords on each and every product Your sales might even increase if they find what customers are looking for !

How do they stay in business? That’s 10 minutes of my life I’ll never get back.

Why have you changed your online ordering system? This new set up is too much hassle for me. I’ll be ordering from elsewhere unless I can get easier access to my Ocado orders.
Bring back the old app!
Whoever designed this app needs firing on the spot. It’s rubbish. I can’t see the Frozen Food section on the app, it appears to be hidden. Also, while carefully scrolling through items, the page will very quickly scroll, all by itself, to the bottom of the page. It’s always done this, and it’s so annoying!!

Highly recommended Ocado to all my family and friends. Any issue I’ve ever had was sorted straight away and that’s why I ve been with them for years
Bring back the old app
Where’s the barcode scanner? Where’s ‘Same brand’? Where’s ‘Show similar’? All the useful tools from the old app have just been left out of this retrograde rewrite. There’s nothing that’s better than the old app and so much that is worse or simply not there anymore.
