Detrimental updates.

After the weekend update I’m unable to log back in. It sends an otp to verify and then logs me out. Your application updates are detrimental to the user experience.

Bug that locks out account despite correct PIN

OCBC business app sometimes says invalid PIN despite keying in the OneTime PIN 3x correctly! Was able to login just fine mins ago with the SAME PIN and then when login again it ask for PIN and incorrectly says it’s an incorrect PIN. End up OCBC auto lock the account after 3 tries and have to reset the PIN again which take hours before can login again. Have encountered this a few times before over a period of a few months. It gets annoying whenever this happens, this shouldn’t be happening. It’s a bank… bugs like this shouldn’t exist.

App takes a long time to load

App takes a long time to load… not easy to navigate around to find the info you need.

System keep failing

OCBC velocity seems to have a lot of Problems logging in. Keep saying ‘ can’t process requests! What is wrong here???? What a poor app. Their technical system is really useless!

Laggy Always Not working

Worst Bank App as compare to other banks always not working always laggy.

Can’t log in to OCBC Business Apps

Kept prompting “for some reason we can’t process your request now” when I opened the apps. Unable to log in at all. Delete the apps and reinstalled but still doesn’t work.

Not work very well

When I want to transfer money then the login page just show “For some reasons we can’t process your request now”, I have no idea why sudden can’t login and delay me a lot of things

Can’t reach out the correct staff in OCBC

Called many times. Difficult to call in. Some staff transferred many times after calling in, then nobody resolve it

Can’t even use Face ID anymore!!

Tried logging in using Face ID, it says that it sent out an OTP but I never receive anything!! it’s then says connect lost and then system error.

Useless

Can’t even log in to my account. Entered organisation ID user ID and password and i dont receive the OTP to log in. Tried resending OTP and still nothing. Just ridiculous.
