Guys, pls look into this. Have been stuck at login screen for a few days already. Using iPhone 11. After enter credentials, click Login, it just stuck at spinning icon…have tried everything the business hotline suggested i.e. restart phone, delete and reinstall app. I even reset my phone but still same. Have also confirmed that my account is not locked. OS is 18.2 and also the OS just prior to this. Both didn’t work. Pls assist asap!! Thanks

As per title, if you setup one token on this app for first time (eg bought a new phone) the UI is broken. There is an enter OTP screen here there is a loading bar overlays on everything. You can enter OTP but cannot submit. Please fix this

Easily one of the worst banking apps to exist… always have issues transferring funds from the app (previously kept failing and took more than a day to let me know that the transaction failed, now it doesn’t even let me transfer, requiring me to put a valuation date that is next month… how to do business like this??) the only feature this app can perform properly is showing your balance and statements. Just use the website better…

All is ok except for one very important feature. It’s absolutely necessary for the mobile app to show who the bank transfer is coming from. The company name is not usually shown on bank transfer. It’s only shown in Paynow transactions. So many times I chased my customer for payment and they tell me they already paid. The amount is in BUT their company names are not reflected. Fix it.

This is the one of lousiest mobile app I’ve ever used .

Every time When I do Login approval, it auto log out my apps, and the login notification disappears at the same time! I cannot even retrieve it in the notification log and need to do it again!

Face scan login is disabled after failure, and it is disabled for both OCBC business and personal, which I have to reset again for both.

I cannot login multiple accounts via one apps, who tells you one person can only own one company? 

Do you understand user experience? It feels like using apps in last century. Such a big bank does not investment in user experience, use your damn money in right place! If the banks are competing in free market, it would bankrupt 100 times, so shame on you!

Just unreliable. At this moment sweating and waiting for a UEN transfer payment to reflect so that I can collect my item and leave but can’t because even though the payment was authorised (received the SMS) the it isn’t reflected in the expenses tab of the app and the vendors haven’t received the payment either. Unsure what to do :/

Although the app improved in speed this recent update, why did you remove the save payee function? Now i have to type in the UEN numbers each and every time im making a payment. Saved time on transaction speed but i end up using more time making payments as i have to type in the uen numbers. So inefficient 😂
