I tried to conduct online purchases using my laptop/ web browser and OCBC credit cards for the past 2 weeks and I did not manage to receive push notifications at all from my iPhone. When I switch to using other credit cards, I received the push notifications on my phone immediately and my transactions went on smoothly without any issue. OCBC Apps certainly need major improvement to remain competitive. I can log into the apps but cannot confirm my transactions as there is no outlet or notification at all.

Whenever I’m trying to make an online payment with my OCBC credit card, I am unable to receive the onetoken notification to allow the transaction. I have already tried turning on and off the notification for the app in settings but I am still unable to receive it. If onetoken is unable, you should provide an alternative verification method such as SMS. If not, i am stuck unable to complete the transaction.

The latest design change on the app is done poorly from a user POV compared to the previous interface where it was user friendly. Now it’s not possible to view all accounts in one page. And have to click on each tab - e.g. loans / cards to view status. When click on each tab, the organisation or layout of info  is poorly done. Have to figure hard where to transact payment and the amount. Introducing new designs are meant to be an upgrade, but this is a downgrade.
