According to the terms, as a user I would be obligated to pay a judgment entered against the app developer and all cost and attorneys fees if a suit is brought by someone else who alleges their damages arise out if my use of the app even if the app developer was negligent and I in fact did not have anything to do with the incident I would be a sucker to risk financial ruin just to use this app for information about the sea state when that information is available in so many other sources that are safe to use.
