## OceanHero Browser Reviews in United States

### ***** "It works wonderfully like google"
Some people are concerned bc it has an ai feature but it clearly says that it’s powered by renewable energy.

I would have felt better if there wasn’t ai to begin with but I’ll just take their word for it.

### ***** "Absolutely amazing!"
I was looking for a web browser that didn't automatically have an AI overview for every single search I make. It made me so happy to discover that this app doesn't! And it helps out the oceans!

This is such an easy web browser to use and has an odd Google feel to it. I love it!
-- hmph go away, 2025-07-31

### ***-- "The tabs are glitchy? Ft. Ai"
Navigating the browser feels slow at times and I often use more than one tab (10 at max) but there have been many times where I’m unable to change the tab I’m currently in. As for Ai, the app has an Ai chat feature which generates responses like chat gpt which I’m disappointed for an app that claims to care about the ocean has that feature uses something that harms the environment itself. I downloaded this app to avoid googles Ai but at least it’s optional I suppose.
-- peachyghostie, 2025-06-06

### ***** "Wonderful, why isn’t everyone using this"
This is by far one of the best search engines. I mean, when you search, you are literally SAVING WILDLIFE! It’s exactly like google except you are PREVENTING PLASTIC FROM GOING INTO THE OCEAN BY SEARCHING! Everybody should use this, like why not? Amazing. Saving the planet by searching.
-- shdhdydgdgj, 2024-11-24

### ****- "Request Adobe Acrobat access"
Brilliantly curtailed though, the option to open with (?) needs additional accessibility options. [i.e: pdf save as ] …..
overall not bad♟️
-- Astraios Plejaren, 2024-10-07

### *---- "stop hacking"
hacking i do not concent to 3rd party apps
-- STopHACKING1234, 2024-07-20

### **--- "Firefox Copy"
Practically identical to Firefox in nearly every respect. Not impressed.
-- PC-12 Pilot, 2024-06-08

### ***** "iPhone 13"
Love it!
-- Tacoz917, 2024-05-07

### ***** "Very helpful!"
This app is amazing! I saw an ad for ocean hero, and wanted to use it but I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to do things on it that I could on other search engines, but it is amazing and helps the ocean. I highly recommend this app, I would also like to add, I really enjoy how ocean hero allows you to see how many plastic bottles/trash gets picked up out of the ocean from people searching every day!
-- coconuttyluvthisgame, 2024-02-03

### ****- "Can’t see my personal progress"
On the desktop top version of ocean hero there’s a tracker that tells you with every five searches you collected a bottle but that doesn’t appear to be a thing on mobile? I even looked up ocean hero separate from the downloaded app on chrome and it still wasn’t there which is a shame cause I like this browser for its good intentions but how do I even know my impact.
