## OCFL 311 Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Very slow to save reports"
This app looks very bare bones, which would be OK if it worked well. I like that you can submit a report anonymously, but in my case it took thirty seconds to submit a very brief all-text report. Please speed that up, because I almost closed the app thinking it failed.
-- pgk2008, 2025-05-12

### *---- "This app is trash"
This app is beyond broken. If you want to submit anything you need to have your personal information saved. However, even if you have the info section filled out, the app doesn’t recognize it and won’t let you submit any reports. Another waste of time and money brought to you by Orange County.
-- Jedimoose007, 2025-03-07

### *---- "Misleading"
The system is misleading as work requests are continuously closed out with a “job completed” status message and the job in fact has not been completed. A “pending” status is much better than a blatant lie.
-- MGVRCIA, 2022-08-17

### **--- "Report Details cannot be viewed when Phone is in Dark Mode"
Helpful app but you can’t view reports while your phone is using dark mode. Also it doesn’t feel like they are taking advantage of the location information being provided (or it’s inaccurate) as they needed to call me for location information.
-- TrueEddie, 2022-04-19

### *---- "Please update the location services"
Having to drag and drop the pin from whatever your previous location is instead of just starting at the current location, or press and hold, is the biggest pain. Half the time in just need the issue to be in the area I am actively, and the pin will be across the county, so you have to try to find yourself without being able to see your location dot.
-- Karly, 2022-04-12

### **--- "Love the app"
Love the app. It is easy to use and I've logged several reports with it. However, I'm unable to use it at this time due to constantly receiving a ‘Network Error’. This has been happening since upgrading to iPhone version 14.4.1 on my iPhone X.

### ***** "Works well. Great follow up"
Used it many times for street lights that are out!
-- gcghcy, 2021-02-08

### *---- "My reports"
My Reports do not populate my reports. ?????
-- &$#%+, 2019-10-27

### ***** "Great app"
Easy to use and they are quick to respond
-- Belz225, 2018-07-13

### ****- "Simple but effective"
Simple and quick to make reports which are forwarded to the correct agencies. I would like to know if there is a way to delete old reports that have been closed.
I notice the critical reviews are years old. Apparently issues have been fixed because it works well now.
