## OCSD FOCUS Educational Portal Reviews in United States

### ***** "Why is everyone complaining"
I don’t understand why everyone is upset, app works fine, gives me my grades, and does all the things that the web version does. I think web version was a little more clunky than this though so that’s good. Also, I wish they would add what badges actually do, but that’s really my only complaint
-- Local guy named clover, 2026-04-20

### *---- "Useless"
The app is completely useless. Incredibly hard to sign in if it ever lets you. At first attempt after phone update, it continues to tell me I’ve reached the maximum attempts to sign in- again on first try. Not even an option for “forgot password” to reset. Before when i was able to sign in, it never had students grades updated in the app even though the website had them. Very complicated app and needs to be fixed.
-- Farynv, 2026-01-13

### *---- "BAD"
It won’t let you sign in and it will just reset you back to the homepage. It is also very low quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND❗️
-- madwoman!!, 2024-08-19

### *---- "Not easy to use"
It's very other app unfriendly, it's very hard to navigate and has all this extra non important information when in reality students like me need to find things like gpa without it being super complicated
-- Js-santi, 2024-08-18

### *---- "Annoying"
Gets to annoying to use
-- Gooby63858, 2024-02-09

### *---- "Does not work"
This app is terrible. I could only use it when I choose SSO before, now it’s so glitchy that it freezes when I’m entering my username and or password. Get it together, Focus!
-- Momof3students, 2023-09-05

### *---- "Sign in"
Doesn’t allow me to login.
-- R@MP33, 2023-03-09

### *---- "…"
This junt lame asl😂
-- SovietChina, 2022-12-20

### *---- "Ridiculous App"
This is a joke. Way to cumbersome and a pain to get set up. Okaloosa County, Spend a little money on your schools and invest in an app that works. Pointless and aggravating.
-- April B G., 2022-12-02

### *---- "Absolute Garbage"
My login screen lets me click on the box to enter a username but no cursor shows up so nothing actually types in. Please trash this and find a new platform that works!
