Downloaded this app after moving to Octopus.  On opening it asks to sign in to Octopus which I did.  Then it just sits there with a blank screen apart from asking for manual inputs of technical things like an API key which means nothing to me.  No help, no guidance, no contact for help…. Rubbish.

I don’t use this app anymore due to moving to intelligent go But I wanted to reiterate it’s a great App.  

This is a fantastic resource if you want to keep and eye on and utilise the Octopus Agile Tariff. It integrates seamlessly into the tariff data provided by Octopus, the information is presented clearly with enough flexibility to change things around for your own liking.  great budgeting tool lot has definitely saved me money.

Very disappointed to see that half hourly rates shown on the Agile app are different on my iPad to those on my iPhone, for exactly the same period of time. How can this be of help in monitoring my usage particularly when my in-house smart meter readings are vastly different from those readings shown retrospectively in the Octopus Energy App??

Good morning, I have just downloaded this app for £0.99, when i open the app it asks for my tariff, I select the correct one, and it takes me to my login on my Octopus account page, after about 5 seconds the tariff screen flashes back on and I can’t go any further without adding my tariff again and again and again,, so obviously a glitch somewhere , but does make the app unusable for me.

An excellent app.
It is if all you want is a quick and easy view of the basics…
What is the unit rate now? Easy quick answer.
What was my usage/cost last week? Easy quick answer.
Want a lot of confusing fancy graphs and predictive tools, get a different app.
But I can say after a week trying lots of different apps, to see my electric usage and best tin3 of day for cheapest unit costs, this one is my go to for most things.
If I have any real gripe with it, it seems to get its information from the octopus app, and suffers from the same late updating if yesterdays usage figures, it has to be octopus that are tardy releasing these figures as other apps (Hugo), can see yesterday usage figures when I get up at 0600hrs…. When Octopus and others only show the day before yesterdays figures.
