## Octopus Labs Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Scheduler issue"
Depressing the “discharge” button causes the app to crash when using iOS. Found to react the same in iPhone and iPad rendering the app functionless.

Debug required.
-- Torrec101, 2025-09-22

### *---- "Cant even log in"
This app has not been tested on iPhone... cant even type nor paste the api key... lol
-- jcpouce, 2025-03-08

### *---- "App Crash"
App crashes when entering scheduler unable to adjust charging times.
-- Bingo bonzo, 2025-01-10

### *---- "Tried it, binned it"
Bit of a work in progress where the bloke who is writing it has gone on a long holiday. Don’t waste your time with this IMHO.
-- SpeedyOculus, 2024-12-07

### *---- "Failed at the start"
Couldn’t even create an account, no onscreen keyboard when I wanted to type in password. Using ios18 on iPad Air. Perhaps because I already have Octopus account.

Now trying to log in with existing octopus account email and password. I get a “user is not confirmed message”
-- Malcvolm, 2024-11-01

### **--- "A good idea"
Down loaded the app hoping that I could deliver on my expectations
Limited devices to link up with, I only have one out the minimal list to choose from,
My solar and battery pack (fox) not listed, my home appliances (Neff) not listed,
My smart plugs (Tapo) not listed.
Good things I like is the solar intensity. Weather.
Lots to improve on. Has good potential.
-- Blackadder4, 2024-10-27

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Installed got all the numbers they asked for then the program just stuck on the signing in page so I’ve deleted. Not worth trying.
-- Shirr62, 2024-10-15

### *---- "Does not work"
Constantly get the error
“Cannot unpack non-iterable none type object”
All details are correct but this just continually comes up
-- Ricky Tavy, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Version 1.7.8 freezes"
Was working great last week.
New update 1.7.8 freezes on opening screen with correct data but does not respond to anything.
-- Shabbins, 2024-05-15

### ****- "A very positive step towards a solution"
Having a panel and battery combo installed I expected either the supplier or manufacturer to enable me to automate best use of the Agile tariff. Sadly, neither have done so.
This app, which is a beta product, is 90% there and I love it.
It should be part of the product handover imo.
