If it’s broke don’t fix it. Why did they change to a worse app ruins the whole experience of doing surveys?

I haven’t received any surveys since upgrading to the new app I was at least getting a cpl per week when using the old app. Don’t have as much access with the new app. I personally like the old app much better

Can no longer access any of the surveys. It keeps saying platform not supported. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times!

Old app was so much better since it let you take surveys within the app. What’s the point of having this app if it just redirects you to safari? Really weird decision by the company to retire the old app since it was working just fine

I loved how all surveys were done through the app, now it just redirects you to safari.

Nothing wrong with the old app. This version is useless

The old app was really good, but most of the functionality is gone in this new app. It basically just acts as a web link to the desktop website. I have no idea why they would update their entire app and regress so much by choice?

The old app was retired which is disappointing as it was much better than this new one. The old one had more access to your account details, the new one doesn’t. The old one let you do surveys in app, the new one exits to the browser which makes the whole app pointless as you can just log into your account via the browser instead.
