Also, they are working with me on seeing if my current oddball has issues. So, I haven’t been really happy thus far – however the support has been amazing and hopefully in the next few weeks, I will have no issues and can leave a five star review. I do give five stars to the company because they do get back with you and also go into in-depth troubleshooting with you. -- Eve Severe, 2025-11-08 ### **--- "Glitchy, bad app." Horrible app. Super glitchy. When it does work which is about 1% of the time it’s fun though. Would NOT recommend. Not worth the frustration. -- TImothy Storm, 2025-10-26 ### ***** "Tons of Fun" The ODD Ball is a ton of fun! Although I bought this for my toddler son, I thoroughly enjoy this. My son loves to throw the ball. It’s a great creative way to get me moving. The Sound Lab could be more intuitive, but there are a lot of built-in songs in the library. -- Lindsay Lange, 2025-08-07 ### *---- "Great concept lousy execution" Very excited to receive the Odd Ball. However it won’t charge and there has been no response from customer service despite repeated attempts to contact the company. Very disappointed! -- dsmcl, 2023-12-12 ### ****- "Super cool" ODD ball is super cool, but I’m not a natural. I have a lot to learn and need a ton of practice to make it rock. -- reederhoke, 2023-07-16 ### ***** "Odd Ball is innovative!" Our musical improv groups uses ODD balls to underscore our scenes, add sound effects, and provide instrumental music while the players improvise their own lyrics. We have created musical juggling and rhythm games as improv warm ups. ODD balls allow non-musicians to play along at a level with professional musicians. ODD balls combine physical activity and rhythms to bring performances alive on stage. Please create a version that lights up. -- Max from LA, 2023-07-15 ### ***** "These are awesome" I own two of these and they are fantastic. I love the loop function. While I’m playing music my nephews and nieces play with the odd balls and add to the beat creating a very fun environment. They love recording their voices and bouncing the ball. -- Stilt jumper77, 2023-07-15 ### ***-- "I wish I knew a few things before purchasing" I thought the ball could also produce sound, it doesn’t. Hopefully they will figure out a way to do that in the future When you purchase a song, it DOES NOT come with the back track, which I find upsetting The ball isn’t as sensitive as I’d like for more subtle movements and some sounds don’t have enough tone variety. Other than that it’s ok. I feel like $100 plus in-app purchases is kind of a lot for what you get. I wouldn’t consider this an instrument, more of a toy, as it doesn’t produce sound itself. -- Sliknikolai, 2023-06-17 ### ***** "Intuitive music making" I love the OddBall! It doesn’t take much to get making music. I use it with children of all abilities and they intuitively start making music or playing along with other music. What if they drop it? Perfect! It makes a different sound. There is a wide range of sounds and since you can record your own, the possibilities are endless. -- fro1992, 2022-04-29 ### ***** "Amazing." This does everything it needs to. This app goes so well with the ball and is very easy to take your basic midi track(s) and export them onto your computer or your same device and make them studio quality with apps like reason12 and logic. This app/oddball itself makes amazing things on its own. The product is something I could go on and on about for weeks! But I don’t want my Apple ID banned so imma stick to the app. This app works very well and reliable and is amazing for making beats for any sound. Great potential and great job using it to make the best end product.
