Booked a seat in advance for a showing of Joker 2 in Odeon . Couple of days before the movie, I double checked to see the layout of the particular cinema screen I’d booked, only to see my seat was still available. I checked my email receipt which confirmed the seat I thought I’d booked, but when I checked the app under my purchases, it showed a completely different seat than the one I’d booked.
I popped into the cinema (again, in advance) and was offered a switch of seats but not for the one I’d booked unless I paid additional fee as these seats were now “special “ seats !!
But I’d booked that seat as my email receipt shows. 
I received no email notification of my seat being changed. So very disappointed in this experience so far, but will try the online help tomorrow and see is there a remedy. Normally the app is just fine, but I cannot understand how an app or a system can move me out of a booked seat and then add insult to injury by not informing me of seat change.

I consistently get rejected at payment stage when trying to book tickets for my family. I’m a limitless customer and have 2 saved cards which are up to date. But I constantly get “something went wrong” when trying to book tickets for my family and it’s worse when I add food onto the order. 
I’ve tried adding new cards and still same error.

### ***-- "So much potential yet disappointing first time user experience"
Firstly I am a massive fan and supporter of mobile wallets and tickets. I have extensive user experience and fruitful experience with such Apple Wallet / Apple Pay integration with third party apps. The fact that the app suggested Apple Wallet integration was what drew me to the app. For my first time app booking for a movie occurred 04/06/22 approx 19:00hrs; the app FAILED on all four of my unique card attempts for the Apple Pay option. So upon my FIFTH attempt, I had selected to add and save a card payment. This worked upon first attempt. I was successfully able to add and save my card details for payment. I was successfully able to add my purchased tickets to Apple Wallet (as advertised). I was unable to use Apple Pay despite four attempts with four different cards. This took away from the user experience and thus my disappointment. The movie showing is 05/06/22 and I hope for a better experience. If the app could be improved to allow the Apple Pay function to actually work, then this would be most beneficial. To also allow for an option to add to Apple Calendar would also be beneficial. Many thanks for your development team for efforts thus far but user experience improvements are most definitely required. Kind Regards Gavin.

As of 07/06/22 I can confirm that that add to calendar option was available upon receipt of the confirmation email. So this was nice. It would be great if possible to add the option upon payment confirmation screen within the app. 

The movie was great and the scanning of the apple wallet pass was flawless on site in cinema - thank you. 

Just in case you didn’t receive my emailed response please see below for transparency;

Thank you very much for the response. Much appreciated. 

I can confirm that it was the same error alert for all cards. 
I double and triple checked and the funds were available. 
This was proven by way of acceptance of the card save and payment. 

I would also like to point out that the usage of the pass within Wallet was 
A great success - thank you. 

I would also like to point out that the add to calendar option later 
Became available on the confirmation email. 
I would suggest allowing this to be an option during payment 
Confirmation screen. But the email sufficed - thank you. 

If you can address the Apple Pay failure then this would be a 
Massive improvement to user experience.

This app is very bad. Continuously signs me out and then will not let me sign back in. It keeps telling me something is wrong but my email and password are right. I have reset them many times and still doesn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend the app at all. Just use the website.

I’m on the latest version of the app i.e. 5.08.800 and on iOS 15.3 on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I tried to pay using Apple Pay using my Revolut card but I got an error that something went wrong. This happened on 2 occasions after rebooting the phone. It worked using the card details but not sure why if failed after using the Apple Pay function with face ID? 1/2/2022. Response: Yes, Apple Pay works fine elsewhere just in your app it didn’t work as detailed above.
