Access Restricted - My two cents on the subject
I will just add to all the other reviews you’ve already gotten. Used to love the app but I also get the dreaded “Access to this video is restricted” since at least January if not before. Sometimes the video will play but let one little thing happen and it’s back to “Access to this video is restricted”. Same type of videos I’ve always watched & the same people I’ve always followed. It was good while it lasted! Thanks Such a bad response! But I get it, you’re tired of NOT answering the same question over and over again. Thanks
Almost all videos now restricted to USA users
App update in December ‘23 SUDDENLY restricts users based in US. Before that, all videos were available. If you use an older version of app, which I do on an old phone and iPad I never updated, ALL videos are still available. So it’s not based on uploaders blocking users in certain countries, it’s app-based. PLEASE FIX!

I have been using this app for years and I love it but recently it keeps saying “access to this video is restricted”. I have been following the same people for years so I have no idea what’s going on. Send help 😩 I also just updated the app and it’s still happening.
Live streams don’t send notifications anymore
Ever since you guys killed the OK Live app, the only way I can see people’s streams now is by refreshing my subscriptions list. At least reactivate push notifications. Many people still use and have that app and I hadn’t got push notifications from it since last September. Making people only stream from a PC is unnecessary and not user-friendly at all.

Why are my videos restricted???!!! In English please
Most videos now say restricted in the app but not in the browser.
Most videos now say restricted on the app. But they seem to work fine when you log in from a browser (Safari for example). Fix it please.
Access restricted videos
I have had this app for years and loved it. I could watch any movie I wanted. I would just find it in English. Now it says access restricted on any video I go on. Are you now charging to watch movies? Please let us know I did email you, but I have not heard back. Update I did hear back you say you can respond in English. You couldn’t I got an email saying you couldn’t help me because you can’t respond in English. What good is a customer service if you can’t help the people? I see I’m not the only one who can’t access videos.
Access restricted
It was working fine until the update. Now most of videos won’t play saying access restricted. Please fix!
