It is a great idea to have an app, even though in my opinion as a user it isn’t user-friendly and intuitive, someone lacking tech skills will not be able to manage to find what they want, and when we find it, it comes to the “an error to add your order to the cart. This is a great way to lose customers and make people mad that they are losing a good part of their day trying to figure this out. Please review your app if you would like people to use it, cause it isn’t working. -- NooteL, 2025-06-06 ### *---- "Password expires too often" Logs me out constantly and then tells me my password has expired. Then wont let me reset my password. The worst! I basically have to call customer service anytime I want to use the app. -- winniefoster, 2024-12-28 ### *---- "Dead" Cant see or modify any account information which is somehow wildly inaccurate. Functionally useless app. -- Schiebekopf, 2024-12-02 ### **--- "No discount program card in the app" I downloaded the app so that I would have the store discount card. Went to pick up my items and was told could not get the discount because I do not have the card. Seems like a simple thing to put your merchant card on the app. Costco does thisSam’s Club does this. When I was on the website ordering my products it said to download the app so that I would have my card on the app. There is no card on the app. -- Snakecharmer33, 2024-07-11 ### *---- "Terrible" This abomination of an app makes one want to just spare the trouble and buy from Amazon. After repeatedly having the ODP app automatically sign out of my account and not recognize my password (requiring a hasty login to the website, change my password and log back in to the app, all while in line to check out), I am finally deleting the app and shopping elsewhere. Saving a bit of money is not worth this much hassle. -- ElDough, 2024-01-27 ### *---- "Terrible App" Twice I have had to reset my password and each time I’ve tried to reset it, it tells me the email address I used was incorrect, which is false. Not to mention, talking to a call center in a foreign country with an individual that I can barely understand and who doesn’t understand my issues was the worst experience. The only reason I use this app is because the direct selling company I’m associated with says this is one of their preferred vendors. I will be letting them know how difficult it is to utilize the app. -- Mkcrush, 2024-01-19 ### *---- "Worst App Ever" Never works. QR code always missing. Have to call OPD every time. They’ll tell you they can’t do anything. That you need to submit a new application and wait 24-48 hours (again!) to get it to work. Even though the app clearly shows I’m authorized for the store discount program. Even though the app clearly shows which organization I get the discount from. The store will tell you they can’t do anything that it’s all ODP issue. ODP’s solution… wait 48 hours. Then it will work for one use and break again. Things were much simpler when they just sent us the cards to scan at the register. -- sundance(apparently not)now, 2023-12-26 ### *---- "App does not load ever" I have been using this app to purchase various work related items and as of recently I can’t even use the app because it does not load ever. I have tried everything there is and the effect is always the same, the apps stays loading forever -- Abdel_224, 2023-09-05 ### *---- "Worst rewards program out there" I got a “free” membership through my chamber of commerce, which seemed great since Office Depot is right around the corner. However, this app is absolutely maddening to use - I’ve wasted more time and haven’t gotten the discounts I should due to the app failing all the time. It logs you out all the time - doesn’t auto fill the right password so you always have to reset - isn’t synced with the store (you can’t simply read them your account #, email, or phone to get your discount). And this new update completely hides the one number that did work for me (not the account #, another 14 digits long number). Yeah… like, what? Absolutely bananas. Who are these people rating this 5 stars…? Gotta be bots. And emailing anyone for support has been no help whatsoever. -- The NicH, 2023-02-17 ### *---- "Total waste" Special pricing isn’t working. Terrible -- clumsy software interface, 2023-02-14 [View all ODP Business Solutions reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## ODP Business Solutions Discovered Keywords - office death - office solutions - supplying businesses - office depot - odp ## Apps Similar to ODP Business Solutions - [ProPay Payments](https://apptail.io/app/propay-payments-Fmb/united-states) - [Mary Kay Events - USA](https://apptail.io/app/mary-kay-events-usa-dWG/united-states) - [Mary Kay® Great Start](https://apptail.io/app/mary-kay-great-start-eWG/united-states) - [myCustomers+](https://apptail.io/app/mycustomers-fWG/united-states) - [HD Supply Easy Order App](https://apptail.io/app/hd-supply-easy-order-app-wBM/united-states) - [WWG](https://apptail.io/app/wwg-JfW/united-states) - [CommuniKate Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/communikate-mobile-KfW/united-states) - [Motorola Insiders](https://apptail.io/app/motorola-insiders-eNbb/united-states) - [Arcade Workplace](https://apptail.io/app/arcade-workplace-aIwd/united-states) - [Staples Advantage](https://apptail.io/app/staples-advantage-ZZYd/united-states) ## ODP Business Solutions Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/odp-business-solutions-QwFb/united-states) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/odp-business-solutions-QwFb/india) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/odp-business-solutions-QwFb/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
