Great app!

I have an extensive collection of Cabernets French and California wines primarily. This system recognizes all my French wines and I have had to manually enter ALL of my California Cabernets. So it’s a nice app but it’s missing a DB of wines from California and all values are shown in Euros, and does not seem to toggle between Euros and USD. I feel this needs work to be viable as I will be adding California wines for quite a while…less than desirable.

Kind of useless, actually. I downloaded and tested on five high-end California Reds, and didn’t get a hit on any of them. User interface is not clear, there’s no direction about exactly what to put in to the various fields to get a hit. You should be able to type in the vintage, select a grape, enter a name, although that field does exist, and have a designated field for a winery. The database should be able to hit on partial field entries. The database seems very heavily skewed towards European wines, and it doesn’t appear that California wines have been given much research attention by this company.

Best wine management ever

Oeni has a great interface which makes it easy to navigate and add wine to your “cellar.” But the two best features are the tracking of value and the tracking of drinking windows two vital pieces of information right at your fingertips! Definitely recommend even for casual wine drinkers.
