## Office Banking Description
Esta aplicación está dirigida a los apoderados de las empresas, clientes de Banco Santander Chile que tienen contratado Office Banking, en adelante indistintamente denominados “usuarios”, quienes podrán utilizar las funcionalidades de acuerdo al rol definido y las cuentas perfiladas en la plataforma Office Banking. Esta app permite:

        - Consultar saldos y movimientos de cuentas corrientes, cuentas vistas y líneas de crédito.

        - Autorizar pagos unitarios de transacciones creadas por otros usuarios, tales como: Transferencias unitarias, Nóminas de pagos (Proveedores, Remuneraciones, Dividendos), Transferencias masivas (importadas el mismo día y hasta 90 días antes), Pago de servicios (SII, Previred, TGR, Otros comercios).

        - Crear y autorizar en un flujo continuo Transferencias unitarias (entre cuentas propias, a terceros mismo banco y a terceros otros bancos), así mismo autorizar hasta 10 transferencias pendientes de firma.

        - Suscribir, Pagar y consultar cartolas de Pagos en Línea (servicios agua, luz, autopistas, etc.).

        - Consultar, Invertir, Rescatar y Transferir en Fondos Mutuos.

        - Pagar Tarjetas de crédito: disponible para pago, pago mínimo y otro monto.

        - Pagar Cuotas de Créditos Comerciales e Hipotecarios.

La aplicación está demasiado lenta, nunca puede abrir, todos los fines de semana incluyendo el día ya lunes presenta problemas. Siempre tengo que llamar por emergencias para restaurar claves, en menos de 3 meses he actualizado varias ya. Por favor esto es una APP de empresas y requiere más gestión.

Es un aplicación para empresas, si quieren pedir encuestas llamen o envíenlas por correo, porque cuando la piden por la aplicación entorpecen las transacciones, se cierra la aplicación y no se puede rescatar los comprobantes para reenviarlos.

Yo me imagino que el banco más grande de chile tiene un gran equipo de diseño y programación.
Parece que esta app se la dejaron al practicante porque es MALÍSIMA. Se cierra constantemente, al presionar botones se mueve la pantalla, coloca un monto y se borra al hacer otra cosa…. No quiero ni pensar en la seguridad que seguro por eso se filtran las claves.
Sinceramente no quería dejar esta calificación, nunca me doy el tiempo, pero después de que se cerrara 5 veces en 7 minutos, me veo obligado. Elijan otro banco los que lean esto.
