L’applicazione Office Smart ti permette di gestire nel modo più efficiente la comunicazione aziendale dentro e fuori l’ufficio rimanendo sempre collegato con i tuoi Clienti e con il tuo Business.
 
L’applicazione Office Smart è riservata ai Clienti Business che hanno sottoscritto un contratto Office Smart di Wind Tre Business con profilo premium.
Potrà essere installata sia da Smart Phone sia da Tablet che utilizzano una SIM Wind Tre Business.
 
L’accesso all’APP richiede login e consente di:
 
* Gestire le chiamate di un interno telefonico fisso anche in mobilità
* Gestire con facilità i propri contatti e verificarne lo stato di presenza
* Trasferire le chiamate su altri dispositivi e su altri numeri
effettuare videochiamate tra colleghi
* Creare e partecipare a Meeting, in audio e in video

Difficile accettare le chiamate, spesso cade la linea e non si sentono le voci. 
Se indossi auricolari bluethoot cade la chiamata. 
É faticoso lavorare in queste condizioni.

Attenzione
A luglio ha smesso di funzionare per 10gg su iPhoneX, poi dopo altri 7gg ha smesso di Ricevere e Fare chiamate.
L’assistenza ha detto improvvisamente che APPLE iPhoneX NON è CERTIFICATO.
Da febbraio 2023 sono abbonato e funzionava male, ma funzionava.
Poi da luglio 2024 ha smesso.
L’assistenza inesistente si è nascosta dietro a un “APPLE iPhoneX NON è CERTIFICATO”, lo stesso accade per SAMSUNG Z FOLD3.
NON ABBONATEVI A WINDTRE!

Non ricevo le chiamate in entrata. L’applicazione avverte che potrebbe essere un problema temporaneo, ma persiste oramai da 8 giorni.
E sì che sono passato a WindTre sul mobile proprio per usare questa app. Spero risolvano. Al momento: voto purtroppo pessimo.
