## Official NY Lottery Reviews in United States

### *---- "Devs should be fired"
The devs are scammers who are ripping off NY tax payers with this useless app.
-- Dc-NYC, 2024-12-29

### **--- "404 error"
No update available and half the time I try to scan a ticket the app gives me a 404 error stating this device is unable to access the system right now. Developer needs to fix these glitches.
-- TrevorBiggs, 2024-12-22

### ***** "WHY 5 stars"
Doesn’t matter one or five’s ⭐️ My point is how riget is the SCAM at ny lottery games, they don’t do a live draw and if so it been prerecorded, to fool people,I have enough evidence I gather in all the years, they are scamming everyone , they not Americans who running the show are Chinese with AI computers cornected to all stores and know what numbers have not been played most so it will draw to pay back the less money.MEGA that just a number to take everyone attentions and money..
-- Junior BRPO, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Junk"
Why make an app at all when the primary function ( the scanner) does nothing at all? I have never had a single scratcher that will scan.
-- 417391, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Can’t Check Scratchers"
It can look up draw tickets no problem, but the camera can’t seem to auto focus on the scratchers. Tried with multiple iPhones. Doesn’t work.
-- Orion5182, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Not enough winners!"
We need smaller payout & more winners!!
-- Xchange vip purchaser, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Terrible and useless"
As a dev ops manager, I would fire my entire team if they put out a product as non functional as this in alpha, let alone publish it. Not only does the app not scan tickets it annoys you with pop ups telling you how to scan tickets when it fails. It doesn't focus the camera. It doesn't read bar codes even when I'm focus, which you have to set up beforehand with the actual camera app. The incompetence required to build an app that doesn't perform the function it was built to perform is mind numbingly staggering. Another bang up job by NYS
-- Lgjdgxfcfvxfgdffdd, 2024-11-14

### *---- "Stopped working"
It worked fine this morning but now I keep getting an error message 404. This really stinks!
-- Aruca93, 2024-11-02

### ***** "Finally fixed the Barcode scanning"
Seems like in the last month or two, the barcode scanning finally started working. Before, if u didnt cover up almost the entire red stripe on the paper,
It wouldn’t scan. Now i just point and it goes through. Since that’s really the only reason to get this app, i’d say 5 stars lol
-- AiredMania, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Useless"
I upgraded my phone and of course had to sign in. It says my password is wrong which is impossible. I reset it and follow the link, enter the password and now it says the link is expired. HOW? When it literally came in a few seconds ago. I give up. Deleted
