Cant connect to iphone
After a month i cant connect to my app! Very buggy app! Please fix it

Unable to use on my iphone
The app kept being kicked out of my iPhone since my iPhone is a pretty old model. Initially it was fine but now it’s not
Terrible software full of bugs
Selling a chair at 12k sgd retail with such buggy software is just unacceptable. The master drive ai voice commands don’t work too. What a terrible way to treat your customers. The software dont even deserve a star
Poor connectivity of Ogawa app
Unable to connect to ogawa blue tooth since i last able to use the ogwa app. Hugely disappointed. Ogawa ought to do something about it to their app if they are introducing such a “smart” chair!

Can’t register for use
Good massage chair lousy app
It’s a good massage chair but for some reason they couldn’t get the app to work properly. Sometimes app can connect, other times cannot. Frustrating for such an expensive chair.
Horrible App
Suddenly unable to connect or login at all after their latest update.
Connect to phone
After a year, the app started not to be able to detect our phone devices and cannot connect. Missing out the various programmes for various types of massages. Definitely need some updating. However, the massage is definitely good. The programme needs overhaul to stay relevant.
Can’t use the chair
Now the app can’t even login. I really don’t know how long I need to wait to get these fix for good.
Good chair BAD app
The chair provides a wonderful massage. But the app is absolutely unstable and constantly has issues. If Ogawa wants to launch this smart chair, they need to seriously redevelop their app in order to match user experience. Would swap to osim simply because Ogawa app is TERRIBLE
