Can you find all twelve hidden treasures in this colossal cave? A remake of the classic 1980s text adventure "O'Hare's Adventure #1: The Cavern of Riches" for the Commodore 64 computer. But the traditional command-line parser has been replaced with intuitive buttons showing what the player can do at each step. No need to type commands onto a tiny on-screen keyboard. The original Cavern of Riches game by John O'Hare was itself a simplified version of the classic Crowther and Woods adventure game known as Colossal Cave. We have stayed faithful to John O'Hare's retelling, except that we did re-introduce the birdcage as an inventory item from the Crowther and Woods version. We also "wrapped" the game within a frame story about a grandfather recounting his youthful adventure stories to his granddaughter. Please try out this mobile remake of a classic adventure game! ## O'Hare's Adventure I Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/17/e6/1b/17e61bb9-9a2b-12f9-5a77-b0746122c80e/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_16_-_2026-04-06_at_21.25.52.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/00/0b/8d/000b8d46-f05a-6e92-139a-65c771993db6/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_16_-_2026-04-06_at_21.26.05.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/ab/07/38/ab073886-a58c-ef4b-c510-6a207c71739d/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_16_-_2026-04-06_at_21.26.21.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/98/e2/c2/98e2c24f-9083-cb47-d9a9-d9286e050620/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_16_-_2026-04-06_at_21.26.28.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/e0/31/98/e031986a-c1bf-cf53-bed0-d5b139fd5c1d/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_16_-_2026-04-06_at_21.27.37.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/f4/b2/e0/f4b2e073-6ef2-50c8-63c8-6be02b0e60fa/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_16_-_2026-04-06_at_21.27.46.png/1242x2688.png) ## Apps Similar to O'Hare's Adventure I - [BYUradio: Inspiring Podcasts](https://apptail.io/app/byuradio-inspiring-podcasts-vnS/madagascar) - [GraphicAudio Access Audiobooks](https://apptail.io/app/graphicaudio-access-audiobooks-sQeb/madagascar) - [Illuminati Ball](https://apptail.io/app/illuminati-ball-vESc/madagascar) - [ODoggy](https://apptail.io/app/odoggy-Xaxj/madagascar) - [Sacred Geometry Oracle Cards](https://apptail.io/app/sacred-geometry-oracle-cards-dGaq/madagascar) - [GF Spicy Chat - Mira Mate](https://apptail.io/app/gf-spicy-chat-mira-mate-husq/madagascar) - [PulseMesh](https://apptail.io/app/pulsemesh-ITRt/madagascar) - [Magic Mystic Mirror](https://apptail.io/app/magic-mystic-mirror-zThv/madagascar) - [Dont Touch My Phone Wallpapers](https://apptail.io/app/dont-touch-my-phone-wallpapers-pQRv/madagascar) - [RoleCrush: AI Character Chat](https://apptail.io/app/rolecrush-ai-character-chat-VhFw/madagascar) ## O'Hare's Adventure I Available In - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/armenia) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/angola) - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/belize) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/cyprus) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/denmark) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/france) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/indonesia) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/cayman-islands) - [Madagascar](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/madagascar) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/malta) - [Oman](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/oman) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/united-states) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/ohares-adventure-i-iVJz/uzbekistan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
