This app was updated back in April 2024, and many people are still complaining. Many of these complaints are legit, but it isn’t as bad as it currently is. I don’t have any problems submitting losing tickets for points, but the app may be having trouble determining when someone reaches their monthly limit of points. For reference, the monthly limit should be 1200 points (unless that was changed and I don’t know about it yet). I think that’s a bug that needs fixing. When you look at the remaining prize lists of some scratch-off games, the prize sorting is completely messed up. Some won’t display in the proper order that existed in previous app versions. With the new update, all previous records of drawing entries, gift card orders, and merchandise orders have disappeared. Unfortunately, I don’t think those are coming back. You can still submit points to enter prize drawings. I never ordered any of their physical merch items, so I can’t speak for that yet. I haven’t ordered digital gift cards from them in ages, but you should get those within a few hours of ordering. You may need to check your spam mail. As for physical gift cards, you can still cash out your points for those as well as you were able to before. The cards themselves will take 2 weeks to show up, but could be closer to a week if you’re lucky. The biggest problem with the new app version is that THE GAMES ARE STILL MOSTLY ABSENT ON THE WEBSITE VERSION, except for maybe Connectr. I feel like the games try to load on the app, but never completely finish. They changed when they reload the gift card catalogs. For those, please check in on Wednesday mornings. Bring back the games ASAP, as they were somewhat entertaining despite almost never letting you win significant values. A future problem is that the app may ask you to verify ID. It’s just the standard ID, but that could be annoying. Still better than the programs in Missouri and Maryland at least. Overall, this app needs multiple bug fix updates. At least it still kind of works for me. FOR USERS OF iPhone 13 Pro Series OR LATER: You may need to enable Macro Control in your camera settings to scan tickets.

DONT EVEN BOTHER DOWNLOADING THIS APP! It used to work Great! But, since they Updated it, you can’t Scan Tickets not add them for Points into your account! It whites out the whole ticket just like nothing is there! FIX THE APP OR GET IT DELETED - I can take My Money To Other States That Know How To Treat Their Customers and They Payout Just as Much and Even MORE!!

I got this app so I can scan my lotto tickets. I got a new iPhone 15 a few months ago and the app is no longer helpful as the camera is blurry and won’t scan. I’ve used this app for years and would like to be able to use your app, please fix. In the meantime, I’m finding another app.

Can only achieve focus when the ticket is too far away for it to read it. And the exposure is set too high. It's so overexposed you can't see anything except in a dark room. FIX IT!

App has not worked right all year. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times. My Lottery Rewards entries do not show up. I’ve scanned instant tickets and used rewards to enter drawing but I see no record of entering the drawings anymore. During a baseball games last month I won $50 in Lottery Cash but never received it into my account in the app.this app was good last year. Whatever they did has wrecked it

Haven’t been able to cash tickets in over a month. Totally worthless! Can’t understand why Ohio lottery can’t find another developer to make and app.

I can’t scan barcodes since I downloaded the app on my new phone. Lacks capability to focus up close and won’t read far away. Now I’m losing point because I can’t scan. 1 star until app is
