## AEP Ohio Reviews in United States

### *---- "No bueno"
price will double every month and becomes ridiculously priced.
-- Helpfull111, 2025-12-19

### ***-- "Good Company"
If this app didn’t have consistent updates that require you to update to use the app then I would give it five stars otherwise it’s annoying to keep updating something when there’s nothing wrong with it. They say it’s updated for security and they fix bugs but again there’s nothing wrong with the app and who in the hell is accessing our AEP accounts without paying the bill.
-- iteiyeoyeiyeiyeiteiwtite, 2025-12-11

### *---- "Fix the Darn App"
I don’t even need to state the issue. There are plenty of reviews saying the same thing. It’s been almost a year of the app being unusable because none of AEP’s customers can get past the login screen. I have to use the website to pay my bill, when the reason I downloaded the app was to AVOID the website process. No excuse, fix this app before it becomes a scathing article.

### **--- "Help🙃"
Hello,
I’ve used my AEP app for quite awhile now, it’s always worked great, so convenient! The last couple months it will randomly not remember me, no matter how many things I’ve tried it still brings up the message that it can’t login me until I change settings? This makes no sense as it is set just as it’s always been. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix it? Thanks!
-- Cherylma, 2025-09-09

### *---- "App not working"
I have been using the AEP app for sometime nowI and it will not let me on the website to pay. I hope AEP will fix the issues before the next billing cycle.

### ***-- "Bugs fixed?"
I’ve been using this app for years & have loved it! Suddenly, it won’t process my payments. I called customer service & they said I could make the payment over the phone, which I declined to avoid the processing fee. The customer service representative told me it should be fixed after 5 that day. This is month 3 & it still hasn’t been resolved so I guess I’ll do it over the phone before I get disconnected. (I have also checked for possible updates but their aren’t any)
-- AEP customer, 2025-08-30

### *---- "Not functioning"
App always says “connection failed” when I sign in. Says it can not connect with host. Kinda hard to monitor my account when I can’t even use the app. All my other utility apps are working just fine so it’s only an AEP problem.
-- el hancho hunt, 2025-08-26

### *---- "ADA Compliant, can’t be, App Poorly Designed!"
For an older person like myself this app is very hard to see and read. Additionally the maps in the app does not work. Poorly designed!
-- cappy5757, 2025-07-12

### ****- "Session Expired"
Normally a decent app but it’s broken since the latest update. Session says it expired and just a login loop.
-- Threezees214, 2025-07-10

### *---- "Please fix bugs!"
So many bugs.. my biggest one is when I try to view my energy usage tab and get “session expired - your session has expired and your task did not complete. Please log in and try again”
Just trying to view my usage since yall installed this nifty new “smart meter” and tell us we can view our energy usage in 15 minute intervals.. but it doesn’t work…
