If you don’t use their mychart your not going to get any customer service. They give your appt away without a call and can’t even leave a message only on mychart will they notify you they're cancelling your appt for not paying a deposit a month before your appt. Using MC for new and renewed Scripts is equally important and easy. Having a “paper trail” / a History of all messages and requests is no less important - I wonder if Patients who are not now using MC to the fullest, would Avail themselves of an opportunity for small group instruction, whether in person or in virtual session. I get reminders of upcoming appointments. I know my test results the same day or next day, but usually before my primary care doctor has reviewed it. I can request refills through the app and ask questions to any doctor on the network. Also, since I am not from Columbus and still learning how to navigate one street to the next I can use the app to give me step by step instructions/directions.
