I deleted my account through the app. However, I kept getting emails about new likes and “picks” on my email. Then I realized my account was not deleted and it still existed. I tried to delete it many times through the website, but it always gives me an error. This is very frustrating and unprofessional - how is it possible that you do not let your users delete their account?
The app used to be a nice concept until the owners became greedy and made the app unusable unless you pay.
Complete disappointment. Never download! "Settings" does not work. everything is paid.
The app heats up my phone like crazy so it won't even charge and doesn't send any notifications so I never know when somebody messages me. The chat window is so cluttered it's really hard to read longer messages.
Avoid this app! Just stealing your money, is full of scammers and fake profiles.
I compared with the other datong apps and this one it’s the most expensive one, you have less swipes than the others and in some moment doesn’t appear girls and I need to update my preferences over and over again. So if like girls between 18-35 now if I want to see more content I need to look for 50 years old women 😅😅and the prices are tooooo high to see who liked me.
I’ve got my account banned literally for no reason :)
Cannot use the app as some years back I used it, my mobile is saved in their database despite repeated requests to be removed. Spent long time with their support but they simply brushed me off in the end telling me I need to get a new mobile number if I want to join again
This app works only if you pay and even if you want to pay most of matches are fakes (always +1000 km away) and when you start to chat with someone, 99% is an Asian fake profile (scammer). Definitely useless!
I set there that i want person with max 25km distance, but it s still give me people from germany (it s other country and far from me). I set in settings that app use my location everytime. So i don t understand why it doesn't work.
