The intro comes and I still can't see what they are writing to me. This is all that is visible: "Hi Melinda. You ". A word or two. Oh, and it doesn't go away when I tap it. I will have more and more intros, but I can't watch them. Brings a person in at least 3 times after I've kicked them out. Outrageous! 😡 It would be nice if they finally solved this!
Terrible customer support
I have got banned after 1 day due to “violation”. I did not know what happened so I reached out customer support to get an explanation and solve the situation. They sent me a template without any solution but to clear cache memory like 2 times. I do not know what is the connection between banning and cache but I did. When I asked again what should I do they still could not explain what happened there and the last reponse was that they will not respond further and the case is closed. I still do not know why I was banned. I do not know why it is really hard to explain the situation for a customer. Terrible support.
No support
Contacted the support that I can't log in with my phone number. Get no help. When I could log in again my account was set to gay. Very childish. And I am limited to 9 likes per day.
This is a pile of garbage
1) the paid services do not work (after several weeks of emailing, their customer service admitted that the purchase of boost by premium users causes a bug that you cannot see the likes). 2) they misuse your personal data (despite repeated requests and warnings, they do not delete your data). 3) As far as I have seen the likes, they have always come from another continent, from one specific country (so either paid likers or bad targeting). 4) The customer service does not respond to your questions, but plays the fool so that they can continue the above without interruption.

Did not meet my expectations
I tried the paid version. Had some likes, most of them from the other half of the world. After my subscription expired instantly 27 new likes? Hmm. Maybe this is because losing the paid version and its features the app opens your profile to a lot of people I don’t want to match with. Could have been a good app with the many filters to narrow down your search but still I don’t like this kind of operating model.
Fake
Just like at Tinder,- when you sign up for OKcupid you will have the pleasure of talking with AI programs.
Bug
I cannot fill in my details in order to unlock the preferences because it just shows a white screen and it doesn’t matter if I tap anywhere, its not reacting :( Please fix this
Full of bugs
Lately several bugs appearing. Eg dropdowns in settings have no value to select in preferences.
