Every time I enter a person's profile and tries to leave after viewing, it takes forever to get out of that profile. The button isn’t working.

Glitch
I can’t change my preferences. It keeps telling me to check my internet connection when I have perfectly fine internet.
Banned my account over nothing
They told me I violated their rules? But I didn’t even do or say anything bad. I requested that they let me know what the violation is and provide evidence and they refused. What kind of dating app is this? It was most definitely a revenge report, and they just banned me without investigating? And refuse to provide a reason for banning and evidence?
Unable to login
Downloaded this last night, and suddenly get logged out this morning. I tried to login but its error. Please fix this bug
Stupidest scamming app
Stupid app ever! Each time gets you locked out and you can’t log in back - says authentication error. Dumbest app with millions of bugs!! And sucking blood by charging you so much money!!! Delete this dumb app
My dear apple users please be aware
As soon as I downloaded the app, The 10 African profiles liked my profile, very unusual behaviour - I suspect these are scammers or bots. So by default I feel like the app baits you in to buying their paid subscription plan. To see who liked you. The app filters wont work, even after setting the preferences. The updates we make wont be updated - it’s buggy! It seems the app developer based in US only likes taking money away from Malaysia with no proper maintenance or funding for dev team (poor move). soddy management. Beware of the scams and bait subscription plan ladies and gents!
Matches aren’t appearing in my inbox among other issues
My matches aren’t appearing under my inbox only after WEEKS of matching, or bulk of them goes into hidden mode. Intros never appear under my intro tab.. and other multitude of problems… What’s going on ?!!!!! … Your app is regressing. Extremely buggy… Please get your developers’ $hit together and have it fixed .. also.. your latest “maintenance” screwed everything up.
Glitch
There is a glitch. I can’t sign up the account. It will stop at the sms verification process. I unable to receive sms notification.
Scam app
When fill up all details and attached all the photo to sign up, end up account couldn’t log in w codes and psw, keep trying account suddenly been banned. Nothing do after sign up before log in..besides the emails is invalid to report!!
Did not receive email to reset password
Was trying to login however I’ve forgotten my password and opted “forgot password” however I did not receive the email to reset the password.
