You ruined the app. I can't even change my preferences. It stuck.

This app has really great idea but it implemented really strange. Like for example you can have 50 "agree" questions and 40 "don't agree" questions with someone, and app will show you 94% match. Is it any accurate? I don't think so. The second big problem is that there's no so many users that answers a lot of questions to get a better matches. For example you can have 200 answered questions, and someone can have 30 answered questions and app will show 99% match. And it can be accurate, but idea of the app doesn't work in such cases. It just transforms to regular dating app experience. The next big problem is that there's almost no users comparing to other dating apps in Portugal. And I want to make feature request. I have 218 questions skipped just because they lack of my option of answer. It would be great to have ability to provide feedback for such questions

The app itself works well but there are plenty of cheaper app’s out there that work just as well. Also they allow people to add profiles without photos which I thought was kinda stupid.

App is hiding “delete account” button, exposing that it operates in bad faith. Not to mention that application ask you about the password again to do so, while obviously nobody remembers the password. So it’s tries to capitalize on making it hard as possible to delete It takes forever to load. Sometimes it just doesn’t load at all. So maybe 50% times I just close the app because it takes so much time No separate notification option for “swipes are restored” that arrives at 8am. - Had to turn all notifications off

Seriously OkCupid has a very good base to bring people together. But by now it works with the same fears and pressures all of the big companies do. It’s sad, cause that was probably not what the founders intended to. And the prices are stupidly over the top. In addition to that I can’t get rid of the impression that the app has weird behaviour. Showing me I was liked, while the number of likes didn’t change or it’s just have been the same people who are told to me as new likes. It sorts out people and of course you need advantages which you can sell. But this makes people with more money again more worthy to get to know people. So at the end of the day: after OkCupid started to be a nice and conscious App for dating, it’s now just a simple stupid capitalist product playing with fears and desires and sorting out those who can’t effort to be boosted or what ever. So to wherever this critic goes: I really hope you invest the money you get out of this stupid system in vegan food companies and to save the planet for to be able to let people walk on it. I’m gonna delete my account now. All you profit-people: delete yourselves.

The badge doesnt appear like other apps on iphone when i’m on not disturb. Please solve, i dont see new messages. Very lame

Payed for the basic and since Monday the app is failing to load some of the options. Mailed the support team but they are wasting my time asking stupid questions instead of looking into backend logs to figure the problem. Total waste of money!
