最近這幾天一直登入不進去，嘗試號碼和email登入，一直出現系統錯誤，大家跟我一樣嗎？

I can’t receive timely messages, and the old messages keep coming back.

I just reinstalled the app. Before, I can send likes (the basic features of dating apps) without paying. Now, I have to pay to send likes? (Not superlikes) I can’t even enjoy the algorithm. They have features of setting preferences but it doesn’t seem to be working.

訂閱三個月2690元後發現⋯ 跟免費版本一樣啊！ 每天系統推薦的人也都是一樣的人， 打開定位系統竟推薦不是附近的人， 都是中北部兩百公里遠的地方， 定位系統顯示對方的地名也都看不懂， 竟然不是地名而是出現人名， 也有查不到的虛擬鬼城市， 連官方自己的軟體都笨到不會翻譯， 遇到我英文不好的人不就被孤立了？ 軟體裡面也找不到管道詢問， 唯一連結到官網的鏈結卻也無法顯示網頁。 App Store的”撰寫評論”沒人回覆 ”App支援”跟“開發者網站” 也都無法聯絡到官方提出我的問題， 只想知道⋯我被詐騙了嗎？！ 真是人生中最不值得付費訂閱的App

I’ve been trying several times creating new account but unsuccessful,I don’t know the reason why they banned my old account as I believe I didn’t violate any rules of the app. I’ve heard lot of people complained same thing. I hope OKC would fix the issue because I want to get premium account yet my phone number is already banned. And I only have one phone number.

I had to get used to the App but it works well. I got likes from various people near me and also international. I need to get used to the limits of the free version as well as the delay to be able to write once a match occurs from a user and myself. They do have paid upgrades available but I have a lot of time after I retired. I believe this site is fair and honest. My only suggestion is to have better tutorials on the working of the app. I can’t stress the importance of completing your application questions section that they have developed. It’s really easy and effective.
