I have tried multiple times to add a new device to the app, and each time it gives me an error message when it gets to 87%. I even reached out to support for help and followed the steps given. After it failed, the tech team person told me to contact our isp to change something to the internet, which my husband said it didn’t make any sense. Something is not right on the app. The previous app I used had worked perfectly. I now cannot use the app which had all the routine setting features. My robot vacuum still works but without the ability to use the app. Lastly, I even bought a iPhone thinking that might help. My previous phone was an android. Will OKP look into this app problem? Like I previously mentioned, the old app had worked perfectly on my old android phone. Other reviewers also had issues with the app not working. -- Takyanyip, 2024-11-27 ### ****- "Let’s review" The vacuum it self has been amazing from day one. The app on the other hand took about 6 months to finally connect and work. Now that the app and vacuum have sink, I love it even more!! -- hanahi88, 2024-09-19 ### ***** "Review" The vacuum has served us well and cleans the entire dwelling throughly. The customer service reps were very friendly and helpful on the one issue we encountered a year later with the battery. -- Userhtx, 2024-09-09 ### *---- "Won’t finish sign up" Just got this and went to create a. Ew profile and the “Accept” button is no where to be found and cannot continue without doing that -- FuxinMissMolly, 2024-08-03 ### ***** "Working great for me!" Not sure where all the poor reviews come from. Got a robot off Temu for $65. Connected with the app/wifi and it is off and cleaning all within 10 minutes of me opening the box. Couldn’t have been easier -- Shedddddddddd, 2024-07-23 ### *---- "Help" It’s not doin anythg -- FreakyNe, 2024-06-23 ### ***** "Easy to setup" Step by step set up, so easy. Was using it within minutes -- BayShitSlap, 2024-06-04 ### ****- "Not great, Not terrible." Downloaded this app to control an OKP K2 that I picked up recently. The vacuum works well, and the app also seems to work decently. I haven’t encountered any major flaws other than the directions to pair the vacuum with Alexa are wrong. You need the Tuya Smart skill, not the OKP Smart Home skill, to get that side of things working. For the app there’s nothing glaringly obvious that is wrong with it, and it seems to work well overall. -- Dr.Moo, 2024-04-04 ### *---- "Very disappointed" How in the world do we get support when the robo doesn’t want to connect to wifi ! I’m so not amused !!!!! -- j -ax, 2024-04-02 ### ***** "Easy set up" After reading a few reviews I was kind of worried that I wouldn’t be able to get the app to work to use my vacuum. Once I downloaded the app and created an account, it gave step by step directions on how to get the vacuum set up on your wifi network, this I feel would be the hardest thing. The app itself is easy to use and to figure out, my vacuum is currently mapping my house while my cats watch it from afar. -- Ksimps03, 2023-12-31 [View all OKP reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## OKP Discovered Keywords -
