Come on…get serious how is this app looking? Never saw an uglier user interface then this app. And why stopping support for the Apple Watch?? There are a lot more interested alternatives even for corporations.

The last update makes push notifications useless and brings us back 10 years back in the past... You should make more tests before you release something, because this new version is really unacceptable!!! 🤬

After update it don’t work anymore

It’s incredibly annoying that I have to open up the app to confirm my logon request, the old functionality of pressing yes from the notification was so much simpler. that one change turned this app from a 5 star app to a 1 star. unacceptable.

I’m just going to start by saying that if this app gives a company complete control over my personal devices and I have been dealing with a complete nightmare for a while and I’m just trying to make it make sense as to why this is even a thing

Terrible, buggy awful system that makes it impossible to verify my work app. Will request from IT that we use another verification method instead.

my SCHOOL account was wiped off the app for no foreseeable reason. now i cant log in

Much too complicated

The app has a simple function that is quite well implemented, but using the phone app is very frustrating. As this is meant to be an app for verification, I wish to have as little interaction as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, the notification process allows so little time to hit “yes” before it changes to “review” that invariably the app opens which is a minor, but noticeable interruption to workflow and efficiency that I don’t encounter with other authenticator apps. I feel like this would be easy to remedy.
