I have never been disappointed by OKX for almost 2 years now since I started using OKX. This exchange truly behaves like a tier one even more than the tier one. I am honestly wishing the best, the service rendered, the ease to navigate and super friendly UI is top notch. I introduced my Mother & Grandmother (She is my mums aunt but in Africa she is still my grandma) to the platform when they wanted to learn crypto currency, 2 days & they understand the whole platform. Grandma even said, “it is a Bank of cryptocurrencies you can even earn interest on your dollars! Interest rates far better than traditional banks” I assumed she has discovered simple earn even before showing her. My grandma is a Baby Boomer, the UI is so simple she navigates through the app with the proficiency fresh GenZ computer whizz. Honestly, I am a millennial and Binance I couldn’t figure out, ByBit was easier but OKX remains the best, most professional exchange (they don’t rush to try and crush new cryptos and publicly call them scams or ponzu schemes likely some tier ones I won’t mention), honestly, the world needs OKX, the world deserves OKX, and OKX deserves to be ranked Tier One. Some legal issues OKX faces is political and you know politicians, THEY LIE LIE LIE! The things OKX has been accused of and hampered in some countries, I feel sorry for the citizens of those nations, their politicians want to keep them down & that’s a fact. I’m beyond frustrated with OKX’s customer support. After days of trying to get answers about why my account was locked, I got nothing but silence. It pushed me to the edge, nearly into depression, and I’m done begging. Out of spite, I hope one day you’re treated as poorly as you treated me. Binance knows how to handle customers; your team just gets emotional and ghosts when I ask about my money. Close my account. I’m done. Be aware i was a super merchant traded for 5 years with no probmem and one day i wake up account is locked when i ask why support says they cant say and when i ask how long should i wait for a response they said they dont know Okx
