I find that the odds are better on other regulated sportsbooks that you can use.

Aside from the user friendly challenges, another cause of concern is that the markets available are not large or reflect what other books can offer. Making it a no brainer to resort to using other sportbooks with better odds and better markets offers.

If this can be updated and corrected then I’m sure that this app would have much more success..

The new Proline app in Ontario is very frustrating to use. Every time I try to log in, it asks for a verification code, even though I’m using the same phone and the same account. This should not happen on a trusted device. It makes the app slow and annoying, especially if you just want to place a quick bet.

Meanwhile, the OLG app works perfectly on the same phone without forcing verification every single time, so clearly this is something that can be fixed.

Please listen to Ontarians and improve the user experience. We want a smooth login, the ability to trust our personal devices, and a reliable app. Many of us prefer to keep our money in Ontario and support Proline, but the current app makes it difficult.

Fix the repeated verification issue and make the app easier to use.

Can’t get past the section that reads “confirm your information” then it repeats a message to “try again”!  I then tried calling OLG and a message says “they are experiencing high call volume and to try again later”.  Then when you try ”live chat”…you either get disconnected or you sit there and you get nobody!   I gave up and it has been since it was launched.  Why wasn’t the app tested before launching?  Proline is the worst!!
