Once I select a location it just freezes. Won’t load menu and eventually times out and tells me to retry. Bad experience. Have all updates completed and tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
App will not let me sign in. I tried the forgot password link and never got the email to reset it. I provided the registered email I have used for many years. I am deleting this app and going elsewhere for my curbside pickup.
Completely useless, wont let me make an account. Submit button won’t even work, tried the website and it’s also incompetent.
So basically, my family had to go to Olive Garden to celebrate a family birthday and when I went to there website to see what options they had, it was all blank. Like, nothing was written there and the screen was just white. I refreshed the website again and again but nothing happened. Then, I had an idea to download the Olive Garden app on my phone so that I can choose the location of the Olive Garden and then view the menu of the restaurant. But when I opened the app, it said “OOPS! Something went wrong. Please try again.” And it was showing a button on the screen to go back to home and that didn’t even work as well. So, I opened and closed the app multiple times but it showed the same error again and again. Very poor service. I would not recommend app and website.
Will not accept credit card. Many other stupid errors. I deleted the app and went to chipotle.
I can’t login to the app. When I open the app, all I get is a screen that says “Oops!” I have tried deleting & reinstalling the app but I just get the same “Oops!” screen.

The food is great, customer services are overall great, it varies from restaurant to restaurant. The app in the other hand has some issues, specially in the cart when checking out, but that’s no biggy, what’s been accumulating is that sometimes I remove the app from my phone, as I don’t order every week and I need to free up space and in it, and when I download the app, every time after is already downloaded when I’m opening it, it immediately requires an “update”, seriously?!! you think if you just download an app it’ll be the most recent version of it, how come you already need an app update if?
I love the restaurant, love the food but the app needs work. When you go to checkout there are a bunch of glitches that occur between order details and payment which 1. Prevents the user from being able to adjust and modify the tip. 2. Changes the pickup time a user has scheduled back to the “ASAP” time. 3. When you try to go back, you see nothing on the order details screen and a super small portion of the payment screen which happens to be the Apple Pay logo which is stuck as the default payment method for me. When trying to change the payment method and add a new card, the same thing happens. It’s a bad loop.
