## Olive Pro Reviews in Brunei

### *---- "keep on updating"
makes my phone lagg and overheating fast
-- faifairuz, 2026-03-17

### *---- "Rescan ID card everytime"
Anytime i log in to this app, it asks me to rescan my ID card. EVERYTIME without fail.

No matter how clear or whatever lighting i use. It will accept it at first but the next time i log in, it'll ask me to rescan my ID again.

Not to mention the actual in-app interfaces aren't very user friendly. Difficult to navigate. Why is there a timer to the previews of my existing financing and savings account?
-- Disappointedclient1, 2026-01-26

### *---- "NO RESET BUTTON"
Why is there no option to reset our password?
-- Xylexia, 2025-12-16

### *---- "OTP verification"
I never received my OTP verification send to my phone number. Please fix this issue
-- Ayib7, 2025-01-11

### ***** "Makes life efficiently easier."
I used Olive for the very first time recently and it’s amazing that their eKYC technology lets me open an account, apply for financing or do transactions digitally without having to be physically present at the counters. Who doesn’t dream of all this? Especially when work life gets in the way or if i just want to avoid the queues at Bibdattamwil. The bibdattamwil representative did the process through the olive app accordingly and voila, it’s done. Very efficient and fast - With no hassles.

I can also check my remaining loan payments for my vehicle and consumer products. Tracking is easy too with the app. So, well done, BIBDAtTamwil for these amazing efforts.

Keep it up! Looking forward to more features in the future.
-- Sonatina16, 2024-04-09

### ***** "Easy"
Easy to track the balance
-- Raingers.bn, 2024-03-04

### *---- "Cant register"
OTP verification never sent to my phone number. Please fix
-- Majoid, 2023-11-01

### *---- "Rubbish app"
Not user friendly at all. I have registered and I don’t even know how to navigate this thing. Wanted to secure financing for a car but have to use this app for BIBD. I guess I’ll just move my financing to other bank.
-- Chixlover, 2023-10-07

### *---- "Apps Crashing on scanning ID"
Hi, ive been trying to complete the log in process few times and the part where I need to scan my ID it crashes everytime. Please fix this issue. Dont just for the sake of news innovation lawa di tv/surat kabar tapi apps nya crashing. Just like electric charging in lambak 🙊
-- Apple User 2010, 2023-08-24

### *---- "unsupport for iphone 5s"
the app open is blank cant see what inside the app
-- faqihiffah, 2023-08-04
