I never received my OTP verification send to my phone number. Please fix this issue

I used Olive for the very first time recently and it’s amazing that their eKYC technology lets me open an account, apply for financing or do transactions digitally without having to be physically present at the counters. Who doesn’t dream of all this? Especially when work life gets in the way or if i just want to avoid the queues at Bibdattamwil. The bibdattamwil representative did the process through the olive app accordingly and voila, it’s done. Very efficient and fast - With no hassles. I can also check my remaining loan payments for my vehicle and consumer products. Tracking is easy too with the app. So, well done, BIBDAtTamwil for these amazing efforts. Keep it up! Looking forward to more features in the future.

Not user friendly at all. I have registered and I don’t even know how to navigate this thing. Wanted to secure financing for a car but have to use this app for BIBD. I guess I’ll just move my financing to other bank.

Hi, ive been trying to complete the log in process few times and the part where I need to scan my ID it crashes everytime. Please fix this issue. Dont just for the sake of news innovation lawa di tv/surat kabar tapi apps nya crashing. Just like electric charging in lambak 🙊

the app open is blank cant see what inside the app

More than 5 days and still can’t access the app. Uninstalled it. Very disappointed. Asked for e-kyc in order to approve login yet still no access. Very poor. Not recommended.

Camera focus so bad, no matter how many position, angle, lighting still cant scan my id. Uninstalled.

Semakin masa yg lama dalam process. tertangguh memerlukan segera. Lebih baik seperti dahulu (manual counter daripada online digital)
