25$ shipping is the most insane part about this app man. Like idc about anything else just the fact that if I don’t feel like spending over 60 bucks I have to pay for the overpriced shipping.

### ****- "Legit app, not user friendly but I love it"
Despite the many harsh reviews on this app, I had a fairly easy time using it and I’ve purchased from it 4 times already and shipment was always on time and the products look legit too. It’s definitely not user friendly , but I got the hang of using it pretty quickly. 

The only reason I have it 4 star was because of the coupons. I knew which items were discounted with the coupons , but I’ve never liked the concept of having a “50% off coupon” yet it comes with a “$15 USD off limit” only, if you know what I mean. When I see a coupon with a discount I expect it to give me the actual discount cost for it, so the coupons are a bit misleading and this app isn’t the only one that has coupons like that which kinda grinds my gears. 

Other than that, this is a legit app. The products are amazing and my main tip would be to only purchase on here when there’s a sale going on otherwise the products are a bit on the pricier side.

Their app has errors all the time. Their website has no place to put in payment details. What the?? The biggest South Korean Cosmetic company has the crappiest global app& website ever. What a Shame! After 2 days of trying to order from them, I GIVE UP!

I rarely write reviews for apps but the issues with this one prompted me to do so. The app crashes frequently, it logs me out so often that I am discouraged to use it because of the hassle of having to log in every single time I open the app. I always use the option to save my id and to keep me logged in and yet it seems that these options are merely for show and they have never worked.

Store is great and has a wide variety but the app is horrendous. Nothing seems to be integrated and the shopping bag view is also very confusing. Which coupon applied to what? I think apps like Sephora and ulta provide a cleaner and organized view. I’d also recommend tagging items better for a more dynamic and accurate shopping experience.

I don’t know what tech stack the developers use, but this app indeed is the slowest app I have ever used. I tried to buy 5 items recently, I know what I wanted but it took me almost 20 minutes to search and order. Like what?

This app is incredibly slow in response. It is awful to use and impossible to log in and keep logged in. I initially registered for an account on the website then I downloaded the app. When I attempted to log into the app with the new credentials, it keeps saying incorrect password. Keep in mind that all my log in credentials are saved on my iPhone password manager. There is no way that the password or username is incorrect. So then I waited a day to try again, same issue. I cannot log in. So I decided to register for another account in the app. Finally I logged in, as soon as I log out I cannot log back in. It keeps saying incorrect password. How frustrating this is to use. Also, if you think you’re getting more discounts by using the app and enabling push notifications, it doesn’t work. Good luck trying. I have finally decided to stop wasting my time and leave.
